i have been tryin to blog for past 45 minutes...

After lot of ctrl V and ctrl C and Delete

My screen is still blank....

Goodmorning People.

Ps: u know how kiddish this sounds..like how kids used to go for potty training during which parents are like.."chalo, go and try" and after sometime.. they give up!
i mean kids wud sit there quietly playing and making doodles with their hands like.. its some sort of "duty" they have to do.. by sitting there quietly staring at u with wide eyes...
i mean kids are so innocent they wud sit there for hours till the parents come around and go "what dont u wanna go?'"
and the kid nods negative and then the parents swear..
"rascal, u dare not come again and ask that u wanna go. Now off u go.. "
and the kid looks panic stricken for few moments.. and then whisks off in their own world laughing and enjoying themselves.

Filmi Ishtyle

Hindi cinema has some priceless villains with some priceless filmi dialogues.. One of them being "AJIT" who is supposedly a smart Hi-Fi Gangster Typo with lots of girl(friends) around him and lots of men to do his job! Also the legendary Amrish Puri, Pran etc. For the following, You just have to imagine Ajit saying them in his characteristic drawl, with a smirk on his face and a few henchmen in the background !

Ajit (pointing to the hero) : Raaabert, Ise liquid oxygen mein phenk do..liquid ise jeene nahin dega aur oxygen ise marne nahin dega..
(**throw him in liquid oxygen..the liquid wont let him live and the oxygen wont let him die)

Side-kick: Lekin Baas, agar macbeth ka zahar pilaayen to kaisa rahega.
(**but boss, what if we give him macbeth poison?)

Ajit: Smaaaaart baaaaaye! Ise Hamlet poison de do.. ye To be se Not to Be ho jaayega!
(**Smartt boy, Give him Hamlet poison, he will become 'not to be' from 'to be' !!)

Ajit to a lady : 'Rosy let's be cozy ' !
Ajit to a lady : ' Lilly don't be silly ' !

-- imagine the sound of water running in the bath in the background --
Ajit to henchman and a lady ( yeah, yeah she's the same one!) :
'Michael you take the cycle,
Mike, follow him on your bike,
Tony, tum pony par jao
Uh, oh - Mona tum nahati raho' !!
(**Tony, go on ur pony
Mona, u keep bathing' !!)

--Lady ( with half torn sari ) to Ajit ( with lust written all over his face) --
lady : ' bhagwan ke liye mujhe chhor do'
Ajit : ' itni achi cheez to main bhagwan ke liye bhi nahin chhor sakta'
(** For God's sake leave me'
** I can't leave such a nice thing, not even for God')

Henchman (panting and sweating) to Ajit : ' Boss, Boss sona kahan hai ' ?
Ajit : ' Itna Bada maidan para hai, kahin bhi so jao '
(** where is the sona (gold)
** This is such a big park, sleep (so) anywhere )

Ajit: (pointing at the ever-bald father of the hero)
"Ise Varnish me daal dho, Finish acchi hogi"
(**Throw him in Varnish; the 'finish' will be good')

--situation: Ajit in his den, with henchmen hanging around; some of themgambling. Ajit fidgeting about somewhat.--
AJIT: Raabut, jaao Bhole ki beti ko uttha ke lao.
(**Robert, go get (abduct) Bhole's daughter)
ROBERT: Par Boss, woh to goongi aur behri hai...?!
(**But boss, she deaf and dumb is...?!)
AJIT: Ohohohohohohohooo! Bewakoof hum use geeta paatth karwane thodi laa rahe hain!
(**HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! Moron, we are hardly getting to teach religious_text_Gita)

The scene: Pran is looking through a telescope at a safe from afar. He turns to his henchman and says (in the famous Pran style): "Woh safe Johnson and Johnson ka hai. Iss duniya mai siraf teen log uskokhol sakte hai."
"Kaun hai, boss. Kaun?"
And Pran replies (after an appropriate pause): "Johnson, Johnson aur mai."

Ajit : Taany, is kutte ko potaasium khila do
(**Tony feed this dog potaasium)
Tony: Lekin, sarkar, potaasium se kya hoga ?
(**but, sir, wat will potaasium do?)
Ajit: Pot isse uuper le jayega, haash isse aur uuper le jayaega aur opium isse khuda ke paas pahuncha dega.
(**pot will take him up, haash will take him above that, and opium will take him straight to God)

--Ajit is sitting in his garage thinking about a big maal comming fromBirmingham.--
Henchman Mac : Baas headache ho raha hai.
(**boss i have a head-ache)
Ajit : Head Aaek ho ya Do tumhe jaana he padega.
(** one(ache) or two head, u will have to go)

Hehe, To end it in a good note, remember when ur in trouble dial Ajit's hot-line.. and if not him atleast Raaaabut or Mona Darling will pick up the phone! Just wondering.. how Ajit will be useful for the 'match-fixing' scenario in Cricket World Cup.

--Ajit and his gang are watching the cricket match between India and Australia--

Ajit : Peter score kya hai [**wats the score?]
Peter : Baas aapne halath kharab hai. [**Boss, our situation is bad]
Ajit : Kyoon Kya Hooaa. [**why what happend?]
Peter : bass Pontingg chhake mar raha hai. [**boss, ponting is smashing the balls]
Ajit : Rabbert usse phone lagaon. [**robert, put him on phone]
Robert to Ponting : Ponting, hamara bass tumse baath karna chahta hain. [**our boss wants to speak to u]
Ponting : Ponting here. who is this ?
Ajit: Pyaar se humko log taaayliphoneee bolte hai. Soono Tum aabhi Irfan Pathan ke tesre gend per Midaan per catch dekar aauut ho jayoge.
Ponting : I cannot do this....We will loose the match!
Ajit : Tumhe aisaa karna hi padega ' Tumahari Maa hamaare kabze me hain.

[**people call me lovingly Teliphone. Listen, u right now give a catch and leave the ground in the third ball of Irfan
**you will have to do this.. ur mother is in our custody]

Hehe, Somehow the dialogues lose their charm in the translation. Nevertheless, this post was definitely a worthy one! psst...I did pick up the dialogues from random Websites! But, if u dare to ask anything more then...
High pitched filmi style growl ' mei tujhe chodooonga nahiiiiiiiii' :P

Spectrum 1

Im not quite sure what to blog about.. Sooo...Ur goinna have to bear with the different frequencies of the spectrum as you read this one!

Spectrum 1:
Ever wondered if in truth or dare which one wins first ? Obviously, the truth. Because telling the truth itself is daring enough! That's something that puzzled me a lot. I had it all planned in my mind that the truth is never leaving the honey-dipped lips.. not even for a second. But, lo and behold..truth not just left but also bounced off the surface and crushed through a couple of tall dark handsome men's chests and came back in time for me to put it under my heel and nail it there for a while! I did something unexpected ( for the world, but quite expected from me ). I went with my heart up my sleeve and dashed into the reality channel and blurted out my dard bhari ekta kapoor typish filmi story about the sequel of love. The person in the receiving end was obviously slamming his head on the wall, not sure if it is because of the way i portrayed myself..absolutely naughty as usual.. or if it is because he cant make heads or tails over what i am saying! (neither Can u.. i guessed that :P)

Ever dreamt of an Oasis in the desert? Hallucinating about baywatch also i bet!!! (whack) Focus now... (male brains especially) Ever dreamt of an Oasis in a desert..feeling thirsty and yearning for one sip of that priceless water..and then suddenly gettin caught up in a cyclone with rain pouring over you chilling you to the bone and leaving you soggy and messed up??? That's precisely the truth of life! You end up getting flooded in when just few minutes ago you were praying for a drop of water!

In my case, I literally banished the shakespearan plays..feeding them to scorpions in the desert, only to end up doing the rain dance in the middle of the barren land..and getting blessed by a bucket full of water. Of course, some barren lands..remain barren..no matter which side up! But, exceptions are going down the drain in this post...as for now, I just want to tell u ppl.. that Dream.. Dream big! But, then when reality hits you.. you Scream big too! :P Rain dance here would have to symbolize my whacky daring personality to do what 'thou shalt not doeth'. This resulted in a predicament of split-personality. (yes, i know this post is gettin weirder and weirder). Split-personality as in..where one side of the land looks like grassland and the other looks like Tibet..brrr. I am not quite sure if I Should walk on...to see if there lies a beautiful garden in the end..(destiny of the journey of course) Or perhaps I should just quit this spectrum and go for the next one :P

Yupp.. Ur prayers have been answered!

Public Private Business

A possible suprise for many, but innovative nevertheless.
It is a public toilet in Switzerland which is mirror from outside
but transparent from inside, that is the people can see "only" from inside.
If this was the case in India, I am sure as soon as a girl enters this cubicle
Boys would come running hither thither and break down the whole booth if possible
Not to mention, the "bachaoo" screams wont be any less of the shrieking Police siren.

Just a thought.... How can someone be comfortable in the loo seeing so many people around?
Valid point ain't it?

True Devotion

When I sat next to my mom, I had the sudden urge to hear a bed-time story. So out of the blue, My mom decides to recite something that she had heard from somewhere else. I ask her if it is long and interesting, to which she replies by merely chuckling and admitting that it is the most interesting piece of information that she had got. Praarthana is a sort of prayer that we offer to God. Prarthana means basically to seek the Almighty with devotion. One knows that Indian Mythology is full of "Karma" where it illustrates that each action has an opposite equal reaction. Sounds like Newton's Law doesnt it? The song of Alicia Keys called "karma" sings

"...what goes around..comes around...
what goes up must come down....
now who's crying..desiring...to come back..."

Karma teaches that you reap what you sow. So, there is a give and take policy. Same goes for a devoted Praarthana. We are needed to fulfill our duties.. and that is the price that we pay for seeking God. The one who fulfills his duties without even realizing them is a true "bhakt"(devotee).

Thus, comes a story here. One day, a man walks up to a passerby and asks for direction to a temple. The passerby gives the direction immediately using his indexfinger. Upon which, the

indexfinger admits that "it is the most useful finger of all because it is able to point out & give directions to people".
The middle finger says " that maybe so.. but God has created me taller than u for some reason.. so that I am the best"

the third finger said " you may all be true, but when seeking wealth and matrimony he needs to ornament me"

Then, all three looked at the little finger (pinky) and said " you are not useful for anything because you can't surpass us in any way. Its a total waste to have you with us". The finger kept quiet...

The next day, that person decides to go to the temple. There, he did his usual namaskar with his arms posed in the Indian style.. --> _______/!\_______
At that time the Little finger(pinky) touched each other like all fingers.. and finally The little finger said " because of your pride, greed, and over-confidence, you have lost the chance to do darshan(view) of God first. I am the first peron who will get the blessings of the Lord always!".

Moral of the story: Think twice before blaming others, because some day you will have to pay for your deed.

Having first established the very qualities that one should stay away from, we see another story here to further illustrate the mindless devotion of a person to fulfill his duty.

One day, Lord Krishna decided to steal butter from his mom's house. Krishna's mother had tied a bell to the Big pot of butter that is hanging from the ceiling to alert her of any thief's presence. Lil Kid Krishna entered with his 6 friends with a plan of ravishing the butter.

So, they create a chain of people over whom Krishna was able to reach the pot, and that is when he sees the bell. He tells the bell to keep quiet and not ring. Krishna steals the butter from the pot, and the bell kept quiet.

He gives the butter to all his friends, and the bell kept quiet. He took some butter for himself and the bell kept quiet. But, the minute he put the butter in his mouth, the bell started ringing.

Krishna said "oh bell, I told you not to ring and now look you have me caught"

to which the Bell replied "oh lord, I kept quiet when you stole the butter, I kept quiet when you gave it to your friends. I kept quiet even when you took some for yourself. But, the second you ate it, I had to ring because I ring whenever you eat Prashaad in the temple. Out of habit, I rang".

Moral: One who does his duty without even realizing it.. has truly found the meaning of Devotion.
